About Us
We Built The Product We Couldn’t Find.
A few years ago, like a lot of people, we started thinking about what would happen if the power went out and didn’t come back on. Not in a doomsday way — just the quiet, uncomfortable realization that almost everything we rely on runs on electricity, and we had no backup plan.
So we went looking for one.
We bought solar chargers. We tested them. We read the reviews. And what we found was a category full of products that looked good on paper and failed in real life — inflated capacity numbers, solar panels that produced almost no measurable charge, warranties that disappeared after the sale.
Independent tests found some of the bestselling solar power banks producing zero measurable charge in direct sunlight. The panels were essentially decorative.
That’s not a backup plan. That’s a false sense of security.
So we built BYSUN.
Not to sell you a feeling of preparedness — but to give you the real thing. A solar charger with honest specs, monocrystalline ETFE panels that actually work, verified capacity that matches what’s on the label, and a warranty we stand behind for every single customer.
BYSUN exists for one reason: to make sure that when the moment comes — the outage, the storm, the trip where everything goes sideways — you’re not left with a dead phone and a product that let you down.
We’re not selling fear. We’re selling the quiet confidence that comes from actually being ready.
BYSUN is built for people who don’t wait for things to go wrong before they prepare. Campers. Overlanders. Urban families who’ve lived through a blackout and decided never again. People who understand that being prepared isn’t paranoia — it’s just common sense.
Every product we make is tested, certified, and backed by a real warranty. No inflated specs. No fake wattage. No fine print that voids your coverage.
Just power, when you need it most.
When the grid goes down, the sun stays up.
